Football, Family, Faith, Fashion and Philanthropy are the pillars that shaped my life as an American former professional football player. From De La Salle High School to my college days as a proud Oregon Duck to my eight seasons in the NFL, these values have guided me through both triumphs and challenges. The unwavering support of my family gave me the strength to pursue my dreams on and off the field, while fatherhood taught me the true meaning of responsibility and the joy of shaping young lives. Football, with its competitive spirit and camaraderie, honed my skills and taught me the essence of teamwork. However, what truly completes my journey is the profound impact of mentorship.

Inspired by those who guided me throughout my career, I co-founded the Ward Boy Project, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Bay Area youth. Through resources, programs, and opportunities, we aim to create a positive influence, just as mentors did for me. Together, we aspire to uplift the next generation and foster a brighter future, both on and off the gridiron. Winning Super Bowl 50 with the Denver Broncos was an incredible achievement, but nothing compares to the fulfillment of making a difference in the lives of young minds and helping them find their paths to success.

The Ward Corp was established in 2017 by Terrell (TJ) Ray Williams-Ward Jr. He is passionate about his humble beginning and leaving a footprint on the values that shaped his career and post-career endeavors. Family and Faith are most important to TJ. His commitment to the Ward legacy is why he goes so hard.

Sincerely,

TJ Ward, Jr.
